高效烟丝装箱系统的设计与应用

Design and application of high performance case filling system for cut tobacco

  • 摘要: 为解决贮丝房内装箱系统装箱能力与加香能力不匹配等问题,在不增加成丝柜的前提下,对GARBUIO装箱系统的加取盖机、套箱、压实机构进行改进,通过简化装箱动作,实现部分辅助装箱动作同步进行,减少了烟丝加香后等待入柜时间。以龙岩烟草工业有限责任公司贮丝房装箱系统为对象进行测试,结果表明:改进后平均装箱能力达到11 134.6 kg/h,大于加香能力(10 000 kg/h);烟丝加香后平均等柜时间减少0.23 h/批次。该技术可为提高制丝生产效率提供支持。

     

    Abstract: To match the capacity of cut tobacco case filling system in tobacco store room with that of tobacco flavoring system, the capping/uncapping machine, case-sleeve and pressing mechanism in GARBUIO case filling system were modified on the premise of no addition to the number of silos. By simplifying case filling action, and synchronizing some auxiliary case filling actions, the waiting time for flavored cut tobacco to enter the silos was reduced. The case filling system in tobacco store room of Longyan Tobacco Industrial Limited Corporation was tested. The results showed that the average case filling capacity reached 11 134.6 kg/h, which was larger than the tobacco flavoring capacity (10 000 kg/h); and the average waiting time for flavored tobacco decreased by 0.23 h/batch. This technology provides a support for promoting the production efficiency of tobacco primary processing.
