GC-FID法和HPLC-ELSD法分析爆珠溶剂辛癸酸甘油酯的主要化学成分

Analyzing chemical components in caprylic capric triglycerides in breakable capsule solvents using GC-FID and HPLC-ELSD

  • 摘要: 为了分析爆珠溶剂的主要化学成分,分别建立了辛癸酸甘油酯主要化学成分的气相色谱-氢火焰离子化(GC-FID)和高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射(HPLC-ELSD)两种直接分析方法,测定了9种市售爆珠卷烟中爆珠溶剂辛癸酸甘油酯的组成,并比较了两种方法的性能。结果表明:①两种方法的检出限低、重复性高,在各自的测量浓度范围内均具有良好的线性相关性(R2>0.999),均适用于卷烟爆珠溶剂辛癸酸甘油酯中主要化学成分的直接定性定量分析。②GC-FID法对辛癸酸甘油酯的检测限更低(0.324~1.40 μg/mL)、线性范围更宽、加标回收率更适中(90.8±1.8)%~(98.3±3.7)%、样品消耗量更少;HPLC-ELSD法的重复性和稳定性更高(RSD<1%)。③不同市售卷烟爆珠中辛癸酸甘油酯的总量以及不同成分的浓度均存在一定的差异。

     

    Abstract: In order to analyze the main chemical components in breakable capsule solvents, a gas chromatography-flame ionization detector (GC-FID) method and a high performance liquid chromatography-evaporative light scattering detector (HPLC-ELSD) method were developed. The main chemical components in caprylic capric triglycerides in breakable capsules in 9 commercial cigarettes were analyzed and the performance parameters of GC-FID and HPLC-ELSD methods were compared. The results showed that: 1) Both methods exhibited lower detection limits, higher repeatability and good linear correlation (R2>0.999) in their corresponding measurement ranges. Both could be applied to qualitatively and quantitatively detect the main components in caprylic capric triglycerides in breakable capsule solvent. 2) The GC-FID method had lower detection limits (0.324-1.40 μg/mL), wider linear range, more suitable spiked recoveries (90.8±1.8)%-(98.3±3.7)% and less sample consumption. The HPLC-ELSD method presented higher repeatability and stability (RSD < 1%). 3) The total amount and component concentrations of caprylic capric triglycerides were different in the breakable capsule solvents in the tested commercial cigarettes.
