深度抽吸模式下6种常用农药在加热卷烟烟气中的转移率

Transfer rates of six pesticides in mainstream aerosols of heated tobacco products under intensive puffing regime

  • 摘要: 为研究农药在加热卷烟抽吸过程中的转移行为,向不含农药的加热卷烟烟支中添加6种常用农药的混合标准溶液,按照加拿大深度抽吸模式进行卷烟抽吸,捕集主流烟气。采用基质分散固相萃取净化、气相色谱-串联质谱法测定卷烟加热抽吸后各种农药的烟气转移率、滤嘴截留率和烟芯残留量。结果表明:①6种农药在各种基质中的加标回收率在75.5%~117.4%之间,相对标准偏差在1.4%~9.1%之间;②6种农药在主流烟气中的转移率多数低于10%,加标浓度高低对转移率无明显影响;③农药的滤嘴截留率在12.9%~35.5%之间,在烟芯中的残留量占加标量的41.9%~81.5%。

     

    Abstract: To investigate the transfer behaviors of pesticides during puffing of heated tobacco products, standard solutions of six pesticides were added into the blank heated tobacco product samples. The mainstream aerosols of the prepared heated tobacco products were collected under the Canadian intensive puffing regime. The transfer rates in mainstream aerosols, filter retention rates and residues in the used tobacco section of the six pesticides were determined by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry after purification with matrix dispersion solid phase extraction method. The results showed that: 1) The spiked recoveries of the six pesticides in the various substrates ranged from 75.5% to 117.4%, and the relative standard deviations were between 1.4% and 9.1%. 2) The transfer rates of the six pesticides in mainstream aerosols were mostly lower than 10%, and the addition levels of pesticides had no obvious effects on the transfer rates. 3) The filter retention rates of the residues were between 12.9% and 35.5%, and the residues in tobacco section were 41.9%-81.5% of the addition levels of pesticides.
