烤烟上部烟叶成熟生理特性研究进展

Research progress on physiological characteristics of mature upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco

  • 摘要: 目前我国部分烟区上部烟叶仍存在成熟度不够等问题,成为限制上部烟叶品质提高的重要因素。为揭示上部烟叶的成熟机理,从烟叶生理生化角度对烤烟上部烟叶成熟过程中的碳水化合物、含氮化合物、致香物质和质体色素等物质代谢规律进行了总结,同时重点阐述了上部烟叶成熟过程中生物酶活性、代谢相关基因和蛋白功能等的变化规律。在上部烟叶成熟度研究和应用现状分析基础上,对未来上部烟叶成熟机理、成熟特征判断和生长调节剂使用等热点研究方向进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: At present, the maturity can not reach the required standard has become an important factor limiting the quality promotion of upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco in some areas of China. In order to reveal the ripening mechanism so as to effectively regulate the maturity of upper leaves, the metabolic rules of carbohydrates, nitrogen-containing compounds, aroma substances and plastid pigments in the ripening process of upper leaves were comprehensively summarized. The change rules of enzyme activity, metabolism-related genes and protein function during the ripening process of upper leaves were discussed. Based on the researches and application status of the maturity of upper leaves, the future hot topics were prospected, including the ripening mechanism, the judgment of maturity characteristics and the use of growth regulators.
