Tobacco growth promoting effect of Bacillus velezensis F10 and its control effect against tobacco bacterial wilt

  • 摘要: 为明确植物根际促生细菌(Plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria,PGPR)对烤烟促生和抗病作用,以前期试验分离获得的贝莱斯芽胞杆菌(Bacillus velezensis)F10为材料,通过盆栽和田间小区试验考察其对烟草的促生作用和对烟草青枯病的防治效果。结果表明,生防菌F10处理后,烟草根系和地上部生长显著优于对照,烟草叶片过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性提高。盆栽和田间小区试验中生防菌F10对烟草青枯病的防治效果分别为60.49%和54.91%,大田烟叶产量、上等烟比例和上中等烟比例比对照分别提高11.82%、31.46%和13.17%。生防菌F10对烟草生长具有促进作用,对烟草青枯病具有较好的防治效果,烤烟经济效益显著提高。

     

    Abstract: To clarify the effects of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) on growth promotion and disease resistance of flue-cured tobacco, potential roles of previously isolated Bacillus velezensis F10 were studied through pot and plot experiments to investigate its growth promotion and control effects on tobacco bacterial wilt. The results showed that the growth of roots and aerial parts of tobacco plants under the biocontrol bacterium F10 treatment were significantly better than that of the control, and the activities of peroxidase (POD), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) in tobacco leaves increased. The control effects of biocontrol bacterium F10 on tobacco bacterial wilt in pot and plot experiments were 60.49% and 54.91% respectively. The agronomic traits of flue-cured tobacco in fields treated with biocontrol bacterium F10 were significantly better than those of the control. The yield, output value, average price, proportion of high grade leaves, and proportion of high-to-mid grade leaves increased by 11.82%, 31.46% and 13.17% respectively. Biocontrol bacterium F10 has growth promoting effect on flue-cured tobacco and has good control effect against tobacco bacterial wilt, which significantly promotes the economic benefits of flue-cured tobacco.
