穿梭车安全控制系统的设计与应用

Design and application of safety control system for shuttle vehicle

  • 摘要: 为解决穿梭车运行过程中作业区域存在安全隐患等问题,基于激光测距、激光阵列检测等技术设计了一种穿梭车安全控制系统。采用激光传感器将分布式多点激光对射与单线激光测距相结合,在穿梭车作业区域形成二元激光阵列,同时集成单片机信号采集、视频采集、语音播报、计算机软件编程等技术,实现穿梭车作业区域的在线实时监控,当有人员或物体进入作业区域时,系统能够准确判断并报警停机。以会泽卷烟厂成品高架库使用的穿梭车为对象进行测试,结果表明:2020—2021年两年间穿梭车安全控制系统共发出故障报警11次,经核实无误报和漏报,可准确定位穿梭车停车位置及激光线标号,检测准确率达到100%。该技术可为提高穿梭车运行安全性能提供支持。

     

    Abstract: To ensure the safety in the working area of shuttle vehicle, a safety control system was designed based on laser ranging and laser array detection. Laser sensors combine distributed multi-point laser shooting with single line laser ranging to form a binary laser array in the working area of shuttle vehicle. At the same time, the signal acquisition of single chip microcomputer and the video capture, voice broadcast and software programming of computer are integrated to realize the online real-time monitoring of the working area. Once a person or an object enters the working area, the system would make a proper judgement, send out an alarm and stop the shuttle vehicle. The shuttle vehicle in a high-bay warehouse for finished cigarette products in Huize Cigarette Factory was tested. The results showed that the safety control system for shuttle vehicle had sent out a total of 11 alarms in 2020-2021. It was verified that there was no fault or missing. The parking position of shuttle vehicle and the address of laser line were accurately located with the detection accuracy of 100%. This technology provides a support for promoting the safety of shuttle vehicle during working.
