Abstract:
To ensure the safety in the working area of shuttle vehicle, a safety control system was designed based on laser ranging and laser array detection. Laser sensors combine distributed multi-point laser shooting with single line laser ranging to form a binary laser array in the working area of shuttle vehicle. At the same time, the signal acquisition of single chip microcomputer and the video capture, voice broadcast and software programming of computer are integrated to realize the online real-time monitoring of the working area. Once a person or an object enters the working area, the system would make a proper judgement, send out an alarm and stop the shuttle vehicle. The shuttle vehicle in a high-bay warehouse for finished cigarette products in Huize Cigarette Factory was tested. The results showed that the safety control system for shuttle vehicle had sent out a total of 11 alarms in 2020-2021. It was verified that there was no fault or missing. The parking position of shuttle vehicle and the address of laser line were accurately located with the detection accuracy of 100%. This technology provides a support for promoting the safety of shuttle vehicle during working.
