硫化氢对烟草种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

Effects of hydrogen sulfide treatment on seed germination and seedling growth of tobacco

  • 摘要: 为了明确硫化氢(H2S)对烟草种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,以烟草品种K326为材料,用不同浓度H2S浸泡处理后观察种子萌发情况;采用水培法对正常萌发后的烟草幼苗进行不同浓度H2S、H2S抑制剂(HA)、H2S清除剂(HT)以及盐胁迫处理,观察其对烟草幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,低浓度(0.05 mmol/L、0.1 mmol/L) H2S处理对种子萌发具有促进作用,高浓度(0.25 mmol/L、0.5 mmol/L) H2S处理明显抑制种子萌发。HA浓度为0.15 mmol/L、HT浓度为0.2 mmol/L的处理可显著抑制幼苗的根系生长。0.05 mmol/L的H2S处理对烟草幼苗生长具有促进作用,同时可以缓解盐胁迫对幼苗生长和根系发育的抑制作用。

     

    Abstract: To clarify the effects of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) on seed germination and seedling growth of tobacco, the tobacco variety K326 was treated with different concentrations of H2S by immersion to observe seed germination; the tobacco seedlings after normal germination were treated with different concentrations of H2S, H2S inhibitor (HA), H2S scavenger (HT) and salt stress via hydroponics to observe their effects on the growth of tobacco seedlings. The results showed that compared with the control, the low concentration (0.05 mmol/L, 0.1 mmol/L) H2S treatment promoted seed germination, while the high concentration (0.25 mmol/L, 0.5 mmol/L) H2S treatment significantly inhibited seed germination. The HA treatment at 0.15 mmol/L and the treatment with HT at 0.2 mmol/L significantly inhibited the root length of seedlings. The treatment at 0.05 mmol/L H2S promoted the growth of tobacco seedlings and alleviated the inhibition of salt stress on seedling growth and root development.
