Abstract:
In order to study the community structure and diversity of adnascent bacteria on tobacco seeds, an isolated culture method was used to analyze the cultivable adnascent bacteria on tobacco seeds of six cultivars (flue-cured tobacco K326, Yunyan 85, Yunyan 87 and Honghuadajingyuan, cigar tobacco 301, and burley tobacco L8). Illumina high-throughput sequencing technology was adopted to investigate the community structure and diversity of the adnascent bacteria on the seeds of K326, Yunyan 85, 301, L8. The results showed that a total of 35 bacterial strains were isolated from the seeds of the six tobacco cultivars, and the dominant cultivable adnascent bacteria were
Pseudomonas,
Bacillus,
Enterobacter,
Pantoea,
Sphingomonas, etc. High-throughput sequencing results indicated that there were similarities and differences in the structure of adnascent bacterial communities of K326, L8 and Yunyan 85 seeds, and the shared dominant bacteria genera were
Pseudomonas,
Pantoea,
Sphingobacterium,
Enterobacter,
Saccharibacillus,
Stenotrophomonas,
Rhizobium, etc. The cultivars in the order of seed adnascent bacteria diversity were Yunyan 85 > K326 > L8 > 301.
