Abstract:
In order to investigate the effects of conditions on the bleaching effect of cut tobacco cellulose and quantitatively analyze the mass fraction of cellulose in cut tobacco, Image J colorimetric analysis software was optimized to determine the bleached cut tobacco cellulose based on its mass fraction and extraction yields. The influences of heating temperature, heating time, pH of bleaching solutions, and bleaching times on bleaching effects were investigated. The results showed that the best bleaching effect was achieved by using 60 mL of 3% sodium chlorite bleaching solution at pH 3 and heating in a water bath at 75 ℃ for 30 min and two times. The yield and mass fraction of cellulose after being bleached were 65.32% and 93.25%, respectively. The chromaticity ratio of the cellulose tablet photo was only 11.67% of that of the control group. In conclusion, Image J colorimetric analysis was effective for the quantitative analysis of chrominance ratio of cut tobacco cellulose.
