Abstract:
In order to understand the current situation and application requirements of quality data analysis and utilization in the tobacco industry, the quality data of 12 selected categories of products, including cigarette, leaf tobacco and materials, and the quality supervision and test institutions of key industrial and commercial enterprises were investigated. The results showed that: 1) The quality data in the industry were of clear distribution by rank and level, large volume and high coverage rate and met the needs of big data analysis. 2) Data were mainly analyzed by traditional descriptive statistical methods and the demands of data analysis concentrated on the quality status, trend and prediction of cigarette products and the capacity and resource allocation of laboratories. 3) The main problems were scattered and isolated data distribution, and deficient in coordination among the large number of information systems. The configuration of big quality data platform should emphasize on database construction, data standard system formulation, big data analysis technology application, data sharing, data security, and technical personnel training. This study provides a support for making full use of quality data resources to promote the quality of cigarette products.
