卷烟厂工艺空调制冷冷却水余热回收系统的设计

A system for recovering waste heat from cooling water of technological air conditioner in cigarette factory

  • 摘要: 为解决卷烟厂工艺空调系统能耗高且部分能源未充分利用等问题,基于热泵技术设计了一种冷却水余热回收系统。该系统由热泵机组及热端、冷端水泵组成,热泵冷端接入制冷系统冷却水循环管路中,将20%~25%冷却水分流至热泵中,对其中的低品位热能进行回收和提质处理;热泵热端接入再热系统循环水管路中,对80%~90%的循环水进行再次加热,减少再热系统的蒸汽消耗量。以杭州卷烟厂醇化库工艺空调系统为对象进行测试,结果表明:冷却水余热回收系统应用后,醇化库环境温湿度未发生显著变化,再热系统每日消耗蒸汽量基本为0,制冷系统日均COP由2.82提高至4.03;与2021年同期数据相比,工艺空调系统能效指标由2.28提高至5.05,日均蒸汽消耗量减少33.65 t/d、用电量减少6 087(kW·h)/d,每年可节约成本约224万元。该技术可为提高卷烟厂能源利用效率、降低生产成本提供支持。

     

    Abstract: To reduce energy consumption and take full use of energy in the technological air conditioning system in a cigarette factory, a system for recovering waste heat from cooling water was designed based on heat pump technology. The system consists of a heat pump unit and water pumps at its hot end and cold end. The cold end of the heat pump is connected to the cooling water circulation pipeline of the refrigeration system, and 20%-25% of cooling water is diverted to the heat pump to recover the low-grade heat energy in it. The hot end of the heat pump is connected to the circulating water pipeline of the reheating system to heat 80%-90% of circulating water and thereby reduce the steam consumption of the reheating system. The designed system was tested on the air conditioning system in aging warehouse in Hangzhou Cigarette Factory. The results showed that the ambient temperature and humidity in the aging warehouse did not change significantly, the daily steam consumption of the reheating system was basically zero, and the average daily COP of the refrigeration system increased from 2.82 to 4.03. Compared with the same period in 2021, the energy efficiency index of the technological air conditioning system raised from 2.28 to 5.05, the average daily steam consumption decreased by 33.65 t/d, and the electricity consumption decreased by 6 087 (kW·h)/d, it saved about 2.24 million RMB yuan every year. This technology provides support for the energy utilization promotion and production cost reduction of cigarette factory.
