基于文献计量学的烟草干旱胁迫知识图谱分析

Bibliometric knowledge mapping of drought stress in tobacco

  • 摘要: 为明确烟草干旱胁迫领域研究现状、研究热点、发展历程及未来发展趋势,对Web of Science核心合集数据库中2002─2021年关于烟草干旱胁迫研究的文献进行了检索,并运用VOSviewer和CiteSpace软件进行了统计和可视化分析。结果表明:①烟草干旱胁迫研究领域发文量整体呈上升趋势,我国发文量较高。②美国、日本和西班牙发文影响力较大,国际间合作发文量较少。③构建烟草转基因植株、施用植物生长调节剂、干旱驯化、耐旱性品种筛选是该领域的主要研究方向。④随着生命科学的发展和全球气候变暖,基因编辑技术、研发高效植物生长调节剂、复合因子胁迫、新兴组学和多组学联合分析是该领域未来的研究热点。

     

    Abstract: In order to clarify research status, research hotspots, development courses and future trends in the field of drought stress in tobacco, VOSviewer and CiteSpace were used for visual analysis after data mining of the documents on drought stress in the core database of Web of Science from 2002 to 2021. The results showed that: 1) The number of publications on drought stress in tobacco had increased, with China in a leading position in the amount of literature. 2) The literature from the United States, Japan, and Spain had more influence, and there was less international cooperation in the published literature. 3) The main lines of research on drought stress in tobacco were transgenic tobacco breeding, application of plant growth regulators, drought domestication and screening of drought tolerant varieties. 4) With the development of life science and global warming, genetic engineering, research and development of efficient plant growth regulators, stress of multifactorial factors, new type of omics and combined multi-omics analysis might become the research hotspots in the future.
