ZJ118卷接机组切纸轮负压控制系统的设计

Design of negative pressure control system for tipping paper cutting drum in ZJ118 filter cigarette maker

  • 摘要: 为解决ZJ118卷接机组生产过程中因接装纸在切纸轮上的拉力波动而导致接装纸断裂、切割不齐、烟支泡皱等问题,基于力传感原理和力传导受力分析设计了接装纸拉力测量辊,并采用BECKHOFF控制系统+ PID调节技术+移动平均滤波算法的方法设计了切纸轮负压控制系统,结合可视化界面技术,实现了对接装纸切纸轮负压的自动调节和精确控制。以徐州卷烟厂使用的ZJ118机组为对象进行测试,结果表明:采用负压控制系统后,接装纸断裂次数由2.1次/班次减少至0.1次/班次,手动调节负压次数由0.5次/班次降低为0,烟支卷制质量得分由98.7分提升至99.4分。该技术可为提升接装纸输送稳定性、提高卷烟产品品质提供支持。

     

    Abstract: In order to avoid the breakage and rough cut edge of tipping paper or wrinkled cigarettes caused by the tension fluctuation of tipping paper on the cutting drum in ZJ118 filter cigarette maker during production, a paper tension measuring roller was designed based on the principle of load cell, and force transmission analysis. The negative pressure control system for the cutting drum was developed by combining the BECKHOFF control system, PID adjustment technology and moving average filter algorithm with visual interface technology to realize the automatic adjustment and precise control of the negative pressure in the tipping paper cutting drum. The developed control system was tested on a ZJ118 filter cigarette maker in Xuzhou Cigarette Factory. The results showed that the frequency of tipping paper breakage decreased from 2.1 times/shift to 0.1 times/shift, and that of manual adjustment of negative pressure valves decreased from 0.5 times/shift to 0. The quality score of cigarette making increased from 98.7 to 99.4. This technology provides support for the stability of tipping paper transferring and the promotion of cigarette quality.
