  • 摘要: 为评价烟用香精质量稳定性,采用240、254、278、330和360 nm 5波长同时监测技术,通过对各单波长下色谱峰选择建立了烟用香精HPLC全时段多波长综合指纹图谱分析方法,同时经与夹角余弦法等4种方法进行对比,探讨了适用于烟用香精指纹图谱相似度评价的算法,并结合感官评价拟定了31种烟用香精质量稳定性判定的相似度阈值。结果表明:①全时段多波长综合指纹图谱能够更全面地反映烟用香精的内在质量信息。②改进的Nei系数法更适合于烟用香精指纹图谱相似度评价。③拟定的31种烟用香精的相似度阈值能够用于各自的质量稳定性判定。该方法准确度高,可用于烟用香精的质量监控。

     

    Abstract: To evaluate the quality consistency of tobacco flavors, a full-time multi-wavelength synthetic HPLC fingerprint analysis method was established by combining five wavelengths (240, 254, 278, 330, and 360 nm) simultaneous detection with chromatographic peak screening at each wavelength. Through comparison with four different methods, including the angle cosine method, an algorithm suitable for evaluating the similarity of tobacco flavor fingerprints was obtained and discussed, and the similarity thresholds for determining the quality consistency of 31 tobacco flavors were determined based on sensory evaluation. The results showed that: 1) The full-time multi-wavelength synthetic fingerprints could fully reflect the intrinsic quality information of tobacco flavors. 2) The modified Nei coefficient algorithm was more suitable for evaluating the similarity of tobacco flavors. 3) The determined similarity thresholds could be used to separately evaluate the quality consistency of 31 tobacco flavors. In conclusion, this method was accurate and could be used for quality control of tobacco flavors.
