Release characteristics of TSNAs in aerosol from heated tobacco products at different heating temperatures

  • 摘要: 为分析热源温度对加热卷烟烟气烟草特有亚硝胺(TSNAs)释放量的影响,基于自主研制的加热装置,模拟研究了3种加热卷烟产品在不同热源温度下TSNAs的释放特性及各种TSNAs之间的相关性。结果表明:①随着模拟装置热源温度升高,3种加热卷烟烟气中总粒相物释放量逐渐增加,且与热源温度极显著线性相关。②随着模拟装置热源温度升高,3种加热卷烟烟气中NNN、NNK、NAB和NAT的释放量及TSNAs总量均呈显著二次曲线增加趋势,且低温阶段增加缓慢,高温阶段增加显著。③在不同热源温度下,烟气中NNN、NNK、NAB和NAT的释放量及TSNAs总量之间均存在显著相关性。④与传统卷烟不同,加热卷烟烟气中NNN、NAB和NAT的释放量及TSNAs总量与总粒相物之间存在显著相关性。

     

    Abstract: To analyze the effects of heating temperatures on the TSNAs releases in aerosol of heated tobacco products, the release characteristics of TSNAs from three heated tobacco products at different heating temperatures were studied using an in-house designed heating device. The results showed that: 1) The TPM (total particulate matter) released from the three heated tobacco products increased with the increase of heating temperature, and it was extremely significantly linearly correlated with the heating temperature. 2) With the increase of heating temperature, the releases of NNN, NNK, NAB, and NAT and the total amount of TSNAs in the aerosol from the three heated tobacco products showed a significant quadratic increasing trend, increasing slowly at the lower temperatures and then significantly at the higher temperatures. 3) There were significant correlations between the releases of NNN, NNK, NAB, and NAT and the total amount of TSNAs with the different heating temperatures. 4) The releases of NNN, NAB, and NAT and the total amount of TSNAs in aerosol of heated tobacco products extremely significantly correlated with TPM release, which was different from traditional cigarettes.
