基于主成分分析的云烟提取物质量综合评价

Quality evaluation of Yunnan tobacco extracts based on principal component analysis

  • 摘要: 为充分了解市售烟草提取物的产品质量状况,收集65个市售云烟提取物样品,通过HS-SPME-GC/MS技术获得样品的挥发性成分信息;首次提出相对指数的概念,并用于样品质量分析;利用主成分分析建立43个云烟提取物样品的综合评价模型,并通过嗅香评价对评价模型进行验证。结果表明:①43个云烟提取物样品中的共有烟草特征成分共28种,包括烟碱、新植二烯、4, 7, 9-巨豆三烯-3-酮、香叶基丙酮等。②麦斯明、二烯烟碱、新烟草碱、2, 3'-联吡啶的相对指数分别小于0.02、0.05、0.03和0.30的样品所占比例依次为97.67%、95.35%、100.00%和97.67%。③对存在相关性的17种烟草特征成分进行主成分分析并构建主成分得分表达式,提取的4个主成分的累积贡献率高于80%;主成分得分与云烟提取物嗅香评价指标干草香、清香和甜香显著相关,评价模型对云烟提取物的嗅香评价具有较好的适用性。

     

    Abstract: To fully investigate the quality of commercial tobacco extracts, 65 commercially available Yunnan tobacco extracts were sampled, and the volatile components of the extract samples were obtained by HS-SPME-GC/MS. The concept of aroma component relative index was first proposed and used to analyze the quality of the samples. Principal component analysis was used to establish the comprehensive evaluation model for 43 Yunnan tobacco extract samples, and the scoring model was verified by olfactory evaluation. The results showed that: 1) There were 28 common tobacco characteristic components in the 43 samples, including nicotine, neophytadiene, 4, 7, 9-megastigmatrien-3-one, geranylacetone, etc. 2) The relative indexes of myosmine, nicotyrine, anatabine and 2, 3'-bipyridine for most of the samples were less than 0.02, 0.05, 0.03 and 0.30, respectively, accounting for 97.67%, 95.35%, 100.00% and 97.67% of the total samples. 3) Principal component analysis was conducted for 17 tobacco characteristic components with correlation, and the principal component score expression was constructed. The cumulative contribution rate of the four principal components was more than 80%. There was a significant correlation between the principal component score and the olfactory evaluation indexes for these Yunnan tobacco extract samples, namely hay freshness, faint scent and sweet. The results of the scoring model from the representative samples were consistent with the results of the olfactory evaluation.
