ZJ17型卷接机组针辊转速与回丝量相关性的定量研究

Quantitative evaluation on correlation between needle roller speed and excess tobacco recycling rate in ZJ17 filter cigarette maker

  • 摘要: 为实现对ZJ17型卷接机组针辊转速与回丝量相关性的定量研究,利用线激光位移传感器测得回丝凹槽中烟丝的质量,并结合卷烟烟丝质量求得回丝量。结果表明:①所采用的实时计算回丝量方法与称重法所得回丝量的最大相对误差为3.88%。②通过激光测距原理解决了回丝量的实时测量问题,研究了不同针辊转速下的回丝量,并采用二次拟合的方式,获得了针辊转速与回丝量之间的关系表达式,拟合结果中R2为99.5%。③通过调节车速与针辊最高转速得到了车速、针辊最高转速与针辊转速之间的定量关系,以便在实际生产中实现对针辊转速与回丝量的精准控制。

     

    Abstract: To quantitatively study the relationship between the needle roller speed and the excess tobacco recycling rate in ZJ17 filter cigarette maker, a linear laser displacement sensor was used to measure the mass of recycled tobacco in the tobacco recycling groove, and the amount of recycled tobacco was obtained by combining the cut tobacco amount of cigarettes. The results showed that: 1) The maximum relative error between the data of the real-time calculated excess tobacco recycling rate method and the weighing method was 3.88%. 2) The real-time measurement problem of the excess tobacco recycling rate was realized by the principle of laser ranging, the excess tobacco recycling rates at different needle roller speeds were investigated, and a quadratic fitting approach was used to obtain the relationship between the needle roller speed and the excess tobacco recycling rate, the fitting results yielded an R2 value of 99.5%. 3) By adjusting the machine speed and the maximum speed of the needle roller, quantitative relationships between the machine speed, the maximum needle roller speed and the needle roller speed were derived to facilitate precise control of the needle roller speed and the excess tobacco recycling rate in practical production.
