卷烟小盒密封度标准盘校准系统及不确定度评定

Calibration system for cigarette packet sealing degree standards and its uncertainty evaluation

  • 摘要: 为解决卷烟小盒密封度标准盘无法实现量值溯源的问题,搭建了基于质量流量控制器、温度计和压差计等的校准系统,选取1、2、3和4 kPa共4个规格的密封度标准盘对校准系统的重复性和稳定性进行测试,并分析了校准系统的不确定度来源,建立了测量结果的不确定度评定数学模型,评定了系统的不确定度。结果表明:①该系统的重复性测量变异系数分布在0.01%左右,稳定性测量的相对极差值均小于0.2%,具有良好重复性与稳定性;②取包含因子k =2,置信概率为95%,系统的扩展不确定度为0.650%,其测量不确定度主要来源于气体体积流量控制系统。该校准系统可为提高卷烟小盒密封度测定仪的测量精度提供支持。

     

    Abstract: To address the problem of measurement traceability of the cigarette packet sealing degree standard, a calibration system including a mass flow controller, thermometer, and differential pressure gauge was constructed. Cigarette packet sealing degree standards of 1, 2, 3, and 4 kPa were selected to test the repeatability and stability of the calibration system. The sources of uncertainty in the calibration system were analyzed, a mathematical model was established to evaluate the uncertainty of measurement results, and the uncertainty of the system was evaluated. The results showed that: 1) The coefficient of variation of the measurements of the system was around 0.01%, and the relative range of the measurements was less than 0.2%, indicating good repeatability and stability. 2) With the inclusion factor k of 2 and the confidence probability of 95%, the expanded uncertainty of the system was 0.650%, and the main source of measurement uncertainty was from the gas volume flow control system. This system supports the promotion of measurement accuracy of cigarette packet sealing degree testers.
