Design of cigarette quality tracing system for YF17A cigarette reservoir system

  • 摘要: 为解决YF17A卷烟存储输送装置存储器内缺陷烟支以及存储超时烟支难以定位等问题,基于烟机智能平台设计了一种烟支质量追溯系统。该系统包括三大功能模块:①烟支信息记录模块,利用速度-时间图记录存储器内烟支的缓存、输出情况;②烟支定位模块,通过绘制存储器的存储空间模拟图,将每个缓存周期内进入存储器的烟支进行定位显示,以便快速、准确剔除缺陷烟支和超时烟支;③烟支存储时间预警模块,在缓存烟支即将超时前提醒人工尽快排空存储器,避免合格烟支因存储超时而影响卷烟抽吸品质。以长沙卷烟厂生产的“白沙(精品)”牌卷烟为对象进行测试,结果表明:应用烟支质量追溯系统后,可准确定位存储器内缺陷烟支,剔除缺陷烟支所用时间由12 min/次缩短至3 min/次。该技术可为提高卷烟生产效率提供支持。

     

    Abstract: To accurately locate the defective cigarettes and overtime cigarettes in the YF17A cigarette reservoir system, a cigarette quality tracing system was designed based on an intelligent tobacco machinery platform. The quality tracing system consists of three functional modules: 1) Cigarette information recording module is configured to record the buffering and output status of cigarettes in the reservoir through a speed-time chart. 2) Cigarette locating module is configured to create a simulation diagram of the storage space in the reservoir, locate and display the cigarettes that enter the reservoir within each buffering cycle to facilitate quick and accurate rejection of defective or overtime cigarettes. 3) Cigarette storage time warning module is configured to remind operators to empty the reservoir timely to control the occurrence of overtime cigarettes. The quality tracing system was tested on "Baisha (Jingpin)" brand cigarettes in Changsha Cigarette Factory. The results showed that the tracing system could accurately locate the defective cigarettes in the reservoir, and the average time for rejecting defective cigarettes was reduced from 12 minutes to 3 minutes each time. This technology helps to improve the efficiency of cigarette production.
