比率荧光探针可视化定量检测烟用香精香料中的铅离子

Visual quantitative determination of lead ions in tobacco flavor samples using a ratiometric fluorescent probe

  • 摘要: 为方便、快捷、准确地测量烟用香精香料中的铅离子含量,通过使用蓝色碳量子点作为信号探针,该探针对铅离子产生荧光响应作用,选用一种对铅离子无反应且荧光颜色有所不同的材料作为参比探针,通过调整这两种材料的混合比例,构建比率型荧光探针,建立了对烟用香精香料中铅离子质量分数的可视化定量分析方法。结果表明:①在紫外光照射下,随着铅离子的质量分数从0至20 mg/kg逐步增加,荧光探针溶液的颜色明显从蓝色转变为粉红色。在烟用香精香料中,铅离子的质量分数与探针的荧光强度值比(I460/I580)表现出良好的线性关系,且最低检测限为1.32 μg/L。②该探针可在5 min内完成对铅离子的检测,并表现出优异的选择性和抗干扰性。③探针溶液的颜色变化可以通过智能手机的红绿蓝色彩模式数值(即RGB值)进行识别,构建数值与铅离子质量分数的对应标准工作曲线,可简化分析过程,实现铅离子的快速检测,检测限为7.04 μg/L。④通过对烟用香精香料实际样品的检测,结果的平均回收率在91.14%~103.80%范围内,相对标准偏差在3.01%~5.23%范围内。该方法操作简便、快捷、准确性好,可实现烟用香精香料中铅离子质量分数的现场、快速、可视化定量检测。

     

    Abstract: To find a convenient, rapid and accurate measurement of lead (Pb2+) content in tobacco flavors, blue carbon dots (CDs) were used as a signal probe due to their fluorescence response to Pb2+. At the same time, a fluorescent material that does not react with Pb2+ and exhibits different fluorescence color was used as a reference probe. By adjusting the mixing ratio of the above two materials, a ratiometric fluorescence probe was constructed and used for visual quantitative analysis of Pb2+ mass frations in tobacco flavor samples. The results showed that: 1) Under ultraviolet irradiation, as the mass fraction of Pb2+ increased from 0 to 20 mg/kg, there was a distinct color transition of the probe solution from blue to pink. The mass fraction of Pb2+ showed on a good linear relationship with the fluorescence intensity ratio (I460/I580) with a limit of detection (LOD) as low as 1.32 μg/L. 2) The probe demonstrated rapid response capability with detection completed within 5 min, and showed an excellent selectivity and interference resistance. 3) The fluorescence color change could be identified by the Red/Green/Blue (RGB value) color mode by smartphones, then a standard working curve corresponding to RGB values and Pb2+ mass fraction was established to simplify the analysis process and realize rapid detection of Pb2+ with LOD of 7.04 μg/L. 4) The average recoveries ranged from 91.14% to 103.80%, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were from 3.01% to 5.23%. This method is simple, fast and accurate, and realizes the rapid visual quantitative detection of Pb2+ mass fraction in tobacco flavor samples.
