卷烟厂双热源空调回水加热系统的设计

Design of return water heating system with dual heat source for air conditioning system in cigarette factory

  • 摘要: 为解决卷烟厂制丝车间因工艺冷凝水产生的闪蒸汽无法回收利用而造成能源浪费等问题,设计了一种双热源空调回水加热系统。该系统由冷凝水回收装置、闪蒸汽换热装置以及蒸汽换热装置三部分组成。利用来自冷凝水回收罐内的冷凝水闪蒸汽,通过闪蒸汽换热装置和蒸汽换热装置对空调回水进行加热,并将达到设定温度的热水输送至组合式空调机组中对空气进行加热处理。以湖南中烟工业有限责任公司常德卷烟厂制丝车间空调系统为对象进行测试,结果表明:使用所设计的双热源空调回水加热系统后可节约蒸汽4.92 t/工作日。该技术可为降低卷烟生产能源消耗提供支持。

     

    Abstract: To make full use of the flash steam generated from technology condensation water of the primary department in a cigarette factory, a return water heating system with dual heat source for the air conditioning system was designed. The designed system consists of a condensation water reclaiming device, a flash steam heat exchanger and a steam heat exchanger. The flash steam in the condensation water reclaiming tank was collected to heat the return water of the air conditioning system through the flash steam heat exchanger and steam heat exchanger. Once the water reaches the pre-set temperature, it is directed to the combined air conditioning unit for air heating. The designed system was tested on the air conditioning system in the primary department in Changde Cigarette Factory of China Tobacco Hunan Industrial Limited Corporation, and the results showed that the dual heat source system saved 4.92 tons of steam per working day. This technology provides a solution for reducing energy consumption in cigarette production.
