ZB25包装机组商标纸自动供料系统的设计

Design of automatic label feeding system for ZB25 packer

  • 摘要: 为解决卷烟包装过程中商标纸人工上料频率高、劳动强度大等问题,设计了一种商标纸自动供料系统。该系统由定位抓取装置、牛皮纸裁切与回收装置、提升缓存装置、高空输送装置和可视化纸库等组成。定位抓取装置利用协作式机器人和3D工业相机实现对商标纸垛的准确定位和自动抓取;根据有限元分析结果,确定牛皮纸裁切与回收装置中裁切刀厚度为0.7 mm,刀刃角度为15°;牛皮纸裁切并去除后的商标纸垛被送入提升缓存装置中暂存,然后经高空输送装置进入可视化纸库。以什邡卷烟厂使用的ZB25包装机组为对象进行测试,结果表明:采用自动供料系统后,平均上料工时由2 h/班次降低为0。该技术可为提升包装设备自动化生产水平提供支持。

     

    Abstract: To replace the frequent and laborsome manual label feeding in the cigarette packing process, an automatic label feeding system was designed. The system mainly consists of a positioning and picking device, a kraft paper cutting and reclaiming device, a lifting and buffering device, an overhead conveyor, and a visual label hopper. The positioning and picking device uses a collaborative robot and a 3D industrial camera to complete the accurate positioning and automatic picking of label stacks. According to the results of finite element analysis, the thickness of the cutter in the kraft paper cutting and reclaiming device is determined to be 0.7 mm with a blade angle of 15°. The unpacked label stacks are lifted and stored in the buffering device temporarily, prior to entering the visual label hopper via the overhead conveyor. The automatic label feeding system was tested on a ZB25 packer in Shifang Cigarette Factory. The results showed that the average feeding labor time was reduced from 2 hours/shift to 0. This technology supports the promotion of automation of packing equipment.
