ZJ116系列卷接机组烟条圆周自动调节系统的研制

Development of automatic tobacco rod circumference adjustment system for ZJ116 cigarette maker

  • 摘要: 为解决ZJ116系列卷接机组生产过程中烟条圆周波动大而导致人工调节频繁、烟支圆周合格率低等问题,设计了一种烟条圆周自动调节系统。通过改进ZJ116机组原有的大压板位置调整机构(以下简称调整机构),并增加凸轮机构实现了对烟条成型通道直径的实时调整;改进后调整机构中,连杆、盖板和固定座同新增的转臂形成具有自锁作用的四连杆机构,使盖板在自动调节过程中保持稳定;在凸轮机构中,伺服电机根据光电圆周检测装置实时采集的烟条圆周检测值控制凸轮转动,进而带动转板和大压板转动,将烟条圆周控制在标准范围内。以红河卷烟厂生产的“红河(硬88)”牌卷烟为对象进行测试,结果表明:烟条圆周自动调节系统应用后,烟支圆周的SD值由0.059 mm降低至0.050 mm,合格率由98%提高至100%,人工调节大压板次数由5.4次/班次降低至0。该技术可为提高烟支卷制质量提供技术支持。

     

    Abstract: To minimize the fluctuation of tobacco rod circumference and promote cigarette quality, an automatic tobacco rod circumference adjustment system was designed for ZJ116 cigarette maker. The original adjustment mechanism for the large pressing plate in the cigarette maker was modified and a cam mechanism was added to realtimely adjust the diameter of tobacco rod forming passage. In the modified adjustment mechanism, the linking rod, cover plate, fixed seat and a newly added swing arm form a four-linkage mechanism with self-locking function to stabilize the cover plate in the automatic adjustment process. In the cam mechanism, a servo motor controls the rotation of the cam according to the real-time tobacco rod circumference detected by the photoelectric circumference detector, and the cam drives the rotary plate and the large pressing plate to maintain the tobacco rod circumference within the setting range. The designed system was tested with "Honghe (hard 88)" cigarette brand in Honghe Cigarette Factory, and the results showed that the SD of cigarette circumference decreased from 0.059 to 0.050 mm, the rate of qualified cigarette increased from 98% to 100%, and the number of manual adjustment of large pressing plate was reduced from 5.4 times/shift to zero. This technology supports the promotion of cigarette quality.
