基于分布式MPC的卷烟供应链库存管理研究

Research on inventory management of cigarette supply chain based on distributed MPC

  • 摘要: 库存控制是供应链管理的核心,为全面适配烟草行业“按客户订单驱动工商实时交易”的拉式供应链,提高“全面前置”模式下成品卷烟库存管理的周转效率,运用模型预测控制(ModelPredictive Control,MPC)理论,基于工商企业的全面前置运行模式,建立了输入输出、库存预测、移库优化等模型,针对“一次性前置+集散式前置”提出分布式库存控制优化策略,并以某省的单个集散中心和若干配送中心为例开展实证研究。结果表明,采用基于分布式MPC的库存控制后,某地市仓库的平均库存、运输车次和入库量标准差分别下降了24.21%、36.84%和9.93%。该策略能够提升库存周转效率,实现经济批量运输,平衡仓库作业负载,为烟草行业进一步加强库存管理、降低运输成本提供理论依据和新思路。

     

    Abstract: Inventory management is the core of supply chain management. In order to fully adapt to the pull supply chain guided under"customer order-driven real-time industry-to-commerce transactions"in the tobacco industry, and to improve the turnover efficiency of finished cigarette inventory management under the"comprehensive front-loading"mode, the models for input-output, inventory forecast and inventory transfer optimization were developed with the Model Predictive Control(MPC)theory on the basis of comprehensive front-loading operation mode of industrial and commercial enterprises. Targeting the "one-time front-loading + hub-and-spoke front-loading", a distributed inventory control optimization strategy was proposed, and an empirical study was conducted by taking a single logistics hub along with several distribution centers as an example. The results showed that the said inventory control strategy decreased the average inventory, the number of transportation trips and the standard deviation of the in-stock volume at a city level warehouse by 24.21%, 36.84% and 9.93%, respectively. This strategy improves inventory turnover efficiency, enables economical batch transportation, and balances warehousing workload, providing both a theoretical basis and innovative insights for the tobacco industry to further strengthen inventory management and reduce logistics costs.
