薄板式烘丝机热交换器积尘清洁装置的设计

Design of a device for cleaning finned heat exchanger in thin plate tobacco dryer

  • 摘要: 为解决薄板式烘丝机热交换器翅片上积尘难以清洁而影响热风加热效果等问题,设计了一种清洁装置。该装置主要由活动喷吹单元和负压吸尘单元组成,活动喷吹单元通过喷吹管的上下往复运动将热交换器散热管上的积尘进行喷吹清洁;负压吸尘单元通过吸尘器将清洁出的粉尘进行收集以避免造成扬尘污染。以兰州卷烟厂使用的KLD-2型薄板式烘丝机为对象进行测试,结果表明:所设计的积尘清洁装置可以在不拆解烘丝机的状态下对热交换器开展清洁作业,每次清洁用时10 min,与人工清洁方式(即拆卸设备后使用空压枪喷吹)相比减少了26 min;开展清洁作业后,烘丝机的辅助工艺热风风速合格率达到95.8%,与人工清洁方式相比提高了14.4百分点。该装置可为提高薄板式烘丝机的保养效率提供技术支持。

     

    Abstract: In order to effectively remove the dust accumulated on the fins of the heat exchanger in the thin plate tobacco dryer, a cleaning device was designed. The device mainly consists of a moveable air jet unit, in which the air jets move vertically to remove the dust building up on the tube fins of the heat exchanger, and a negative pressure dust collecting unit collect the removed dust to avoid dust pollution. The designed cleaning device was tested on a KLD-2 thin plate tobacco dryer in Lanzhou Cigarette Factory. The results showed that it took 10 minutes for the device to clean the heat exchanger without disassembling the tobacco dryer, which was 26 minutes less than that by manual cleaning method with an air gun to blow off the dust after disassembling the equipment. After cleaning, the qualified rate of the supplementary hot air velocity of the tobacco dryer reached 95.8%, showing an increase of 14.4 percentage points compared to that by manual cleaning. This device offers technical support for the promotion of the maintenance efficiency of thin plate tobacco dryers.
