基于流量平衡的切丝机分段流量控制方法

Sectional flow control for tobacco cutter based on flow balance

  • 摘要: 针对生产过程中切丝段设备频繁启停导致不合格烟丝量增加、操作工劳动强度增大等问题,设计了一种基于物料流量平衡的切丝机控制系统。该系统采用分段流量控制方法,以切前喂料机为纽带将切丝段上、下游进行连接,通过切丝机流量平衡及切丝机流量与贮叶柜底带出柜频率的关联控制,实现切丝段物料流量的自动调节。基于该方法,对河北白沙烟草有限责任公司提供的6个牌号卷烟所用烟草物料进行验证实验,结果表明,改造后切丝机平均停机频率由11.82次/批减少到0.29次/批,不合格烟丝质量由约1 796.9 g/批降低至43.8 g/批,且所统计的6个牌号卷烟所用烟丝的烟丝宽度均符合相应的工艺要求。

     

    Abstract: To address the issues of increased unqualified cut tobacco and high labor intensity caused by frequent start and stop of the equipment for tobacco cutting section during the production process, a tobacco cutter control system was designed based on material flow balance. The system employed a sectional flow control mechanism, utilizing the pre-cutting feeder as a link to connect the upstream and downstream cutting sections. By balancing the flow of the tobacco cutter and correlating the flow with the bottom belt discharge frequency of the leaf storage cabinet, the automatic adjustment of material flow in the cutting section was achieved. Based on this method, verification experiments were conducted on cut tobacco materials for 6 cigarette brands provided by Hebei Baisha Tobacco Co., Ltd.. The results showed that after the adoption of the control system, the average shutdown frequency of the tobacco cutter decreased from 11.82 times per batch to 0.29 time per batch, the mass of unqualified cut tobacco reduced from 1 796.9 grams per batch to 43.8 grams per batch, and the cut tobacco widths of 6 cigarette brands surveyed met the corresponding process requirements.
