卷烟滤棒对邻苯二甲酸二辛酯气溶胶颗粒的截留

Filtration of dioctyl phthalate aerosol particles by cigarette filters

  • 摘要: 为掌握卷烟滤嘴对烟气粒相物的截留规律,以气动雾化装置产生与卷烟烟气气溶胶中位粒径接近的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)气溶胶,考察了滤棒长度、压降和丝束规格以及抽吸容量对DOP气溶胶的截留规律,建立了卷烟滤棒对气溶胶颗粒截留系数的预测模型并进行了实验验证。结果表明:①DOP气溶胶颗粒穿透率的对数值与滤棒长度呈线性负相关;②卷烟滤棒对DOP气溶胶颗粒的截留系数与单位长度滤棒的压降成正比;③抽吸容量越大,截留效率越低。建立的卷烟滤棒对DOP气溶胶颗粒截留的预测模型,可以准确预测不同长度和压降卷烟滤棒以及流速下的DOP气溶胶颗粒截留系数。

     

    Abstract: To understand the filtration patterns of smoke particulate matters by cigarette filters, a pneumatic atomization device was used to generate dioctyl phthalate (DOP) aerosol with similar median diameter to that of cigarette mainstream smoke aerosol. The influences of length, pressure drop and tow specification of filter rods and puffing volume on the filtration of DOP aerosol were investigated, and a prediction model for the filtration coefficient of aerosol particles by filter rods was established and experimentally verified. The results showed that: 1) The logarithmic values of penetration rates of DOP aerosol particles showed a linear negative correlation with the lengths of the filter rods. 2) The filtration coefficients of DOP aerosol particles by cigarette filter rods were directly proportional to the pressure drops per unit length of filter rods. 3) The greater the puffing volumes, the lower the filtration efficiencies. The established predictive model for the filtration of DOP aerosol particles by cigarette filter rods accurately predicts the filtration coefficients of DOP aerosol particles at different flow rates by filter rods with different lengths and pressure drops.
