Effects of gluing method of ZJ116B filter cigarette maker on slim cigarettes with preperforated tipping paper

  • 摘要: 为提升ZJ116B型高速卷接机组生产的预打孔接装纸细支烟的质量稳定性,以某牌号细支卷烟为测试对象,对比分析了电子喷胶和胶辊涂胶工艺对卷烟总通风率、吸阻、主流烟气、含水率及感官质量的影响。结果表明,相比于胶辊涂胶工艺,电子喷胶工艺有如下优势:①在不同车速下的施胶状态稳定性和均匀性更优;②额定车速下,烟支吸阻均值、总通风率均值与设计中心值的偏差分别降低94%和87%,总通风率标准偏差降低17%,指标符合性提高,波动性减小;③对总通风率的调控方式更加灵活,可调控范围由44.2%~46.8%扩展到36.0%~46.0%;④烟支含水率增加0.3百分点;⑤感官质量平均总分高1.3分;⑥两种施胶方式之间烟支主流烟气指标差异较小。综合来看,相比于胶辊涂胶工艺,电子喷胶工艺在改善施胶效果、提高烟支总通风率和吸阻的稳定性及感官质量等方面具有一定优势。

     

    Abstract: A comparative test was conducted on a ZJ116B filter cigarette maker to investigate the effects of electronic glue spraying and roller gluing on the quality consistency of slim cigarettes with preperforated tipping paper, in terms of total ventilation rate, draw resistance, mainstream cigarette smoke, moisture content and sensory quality. The results showed that, compared to roller gluing, electronic glue spraying had the following advantages: 1) Superior stability and uniformity of gluing at different machine speeds. 2) At a rated machine speed, the deviations of the mean draw resistance and mean total ventilation rate of cigarettes from the design central values reduced by 94% and 87%, respectively, and the standard deviation of total ventilation rate reduced by 17%, it suggested improved criteria compliance and reduced fluctuation. 3) Greater flexibility in regulating the total ventilation rate, with the control range expanding from 44.2%-46.8% to 36.0%-46.0%. 4) An increase in cigarette moisture content of 0.3 percentage point. 5) An average sensory quality score increase of 1.3 points. 6) There were insignificant differences in the mainstream cigarette smoke indexes between the two gluing methods. In conclusion, electronic glue spraying features higher gluing effectiveness, better consistency of draw resistance, total ventilation rate and sensory quality of slim cigarettes.
