YF615条盒存储输送系统滚筒输送单元故障预警系统设计

Design of early warning system for cylinder conveyor units in YF615 carton reservoir system

  • 摘要: 为解决YF615条盒存储输送系统(以下简称YF615系统)中滚筒输送单元的人工巡检难度大、潜在故障不易被发现等问题,设计了一种故障预警系统。该系统基于SCADA(数据采集与监控)系统构建,通过PLC循环中断实现对滚筒电机电流的高速采集,运用WinCC C脚本将庞大的电流数据高速存储至数据库,利用动态时间规整算法(Dynamic Time Warping,DTW)精准分析电流数据并及时识别出状态异常的滚筒输送单元,以便于维护人员根据管理软件(基于Java开发)输出的故障报表及时进行检查和维修。以常德卷烟厂使用的YF615系统为对象进行测试,结果表明:与人工巡检方式相比,利用故障预警系统查找出所有存在故障的滚筒输送单元所消耗的时间由328.8 min/次降低至6.9 min/次(降幅为97.9%);在为期1年的测试周期内,预警系统成功预警29次(包含异物缠绕皮带、滚筒螺丝松动、皮带断裂、电机线磨损等7类故障),准确率为100%。该技术可为提高卷烟条盒装封箱效率和降低工人维保强度提供支持。

     

    Abstract: To facilitate the maintenance work of cylinder conveyor units in YF615 carton reservoir system, an early warning system was designed based on a supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) platform. High-speed current acquisition of the cylinder motor was achieved via PLC cyclic interruption, and massive current data were rapidly stored in a database using C script in WinCC. The dynamic time warping (DTW) algorithm was employed to analyze the current data and cylinder conveyor units in abnormal state were identified. Trouble report form based on Java management software was provided to facilitate maintenance work. The designed system was tested on the YF615 system in Changde Cigarette Factory for one year. The results showed that compared with patrol inspection, the time for finding out all cylinder conveyor units in trouble was reduced from 328.8 minutes to 6.9 minutes, or reduced by 97.9%. The system successfully reported 29 warnings including belt entangled by foreign matters, cylinder screw loosening, belt breakage and motor wire wearing with an accuracy rate of 100%. This technology provides support for improving the efficiency of cigarette cartoning and reducing the maintenance workload.
