Design of an online detection system for cigarette maker recycled tobacco rate based on tobacco rod density distribution

  • 摘要: 为实现卷烟机回丝量的在线精确检测,建立了吸丝凹槽内烟丝束的密度分布模型,并据此开发了一套基于工业PC的在线监测系统。该系统通过高度检测、数据采集、数据处理与数据服务4个核心模块的协同工作,实现了对卷烟机回丝量的实时测量。结果表明,吸丝凹槽内烟丝束在高度方向上的密度分布符合指数衰减规律。实验验证表明,计算模型的平均相对误差为0.93%,具有较高的精度,满足在线检测的要求。该系统为卷烟生产工艺的优化提供了可靠的数据支撑,对稳定设备运行状态、改善卷烟物理质量具有重要实际意义。

     

    Abstract: To achieve the online precise detection of the recycled tobacco rate in a cigarette maker, this study established a density distribution model of the tobacco rod within the suction groove and developed a corresponding online monitoring system based on industrial PCs. The system performs real-time measurement of the recycled tobacco rate through the integration of four core modules: height detection, data acquisition, data processing, and data service. The results show that: 1) the density distribution of the tobacco rod in the suction groove along the height direction follows an exponential decay law; 2) experimental verification indicates that the average relative error of the recycled tobacco rate calculation model established in this study is 0.93%, indicating high accuracy and fully meeting the requirements of online detection; 3) this system provides reliable data support for the optimization of cigarette production processes, and plays a vital role in stabilizing equipment operation and improving the physical quality of cigarettes.
