Abstract:
To promote the green and low-carbon transformation of cigarette factories, a multi-energy complementary heating system integrating solar thermal collectors with multiple types of heat pumps was designed and constructed. A dynamic simulation model of system was then developed based on the typical operating conditions of the filter cigarette making and packing workshop at Hangzhou Cigarette Factory for system simulation and evaluation. The simulation results showed that, during the heating season, the system achieved an average coefficient of performance (
COP) of 4.20 and a waste heat recovery efficiency of approximately 81.2%. The economic analysis showed that the system had an annualized cost of CNY 1, 120, 400, which was 27.9% lower than that of the conventional gas fired boiler system (CNY 1, 552, 900), indicating favorable economic performance and investment return potential. This study provides a theoretical basis and an engineering demonstration for the design and optimization of coordinated multi-energy heating systems in cigarette factories.
