高温管式膨胀系统的结构优化与模拟
Numerical Simulation and Structural Optimization of High Temperature Pipe Expansion System

摘要: 通过改变文丘里供料器形状和位置以及旋风分离器入口管段形状,提出了4种6400kg/h高温管道式膨胀设备优化模型的结构。采用"小滑移"模型,并利用ANSYS/FLOTRAN CFD对其进行了数值模拟,得出整个模型流场的温度及气固两相的分布。结果表明:第3种优化模型结构最好,且优于6400kg/h高温管式膨胀系统的原始结构,可用于指导生产实践。Abstract: By changing the shape and location of Venturi feeder and the shape of inlet section of cyclone separator, four structures for high temperature pipe expansion equipment of 6400kg/h based on optimization model were given and numerically simulated to derive temperature and gas-solid distribution in the modeled flow fields by using small slip model and ANSYS/FLOTRAN CFD.The results showed that the third optimization model structure was the best, and was better than the initial structure of the said expansion system of 6400 kg/h, it could serve as a guide in production.
