Determination of Protein in Tobacco with Autoanalyzer

  • 摘要: 先用0.5%醋酸煮沸样品15min,抽滤,滤渣用0.5%醋酸洗涤,再将滤渣置于消化管中,加入0.1g HgO1、.0g K2SO4和5mL浓硫酸消化,然后采用连续流动分析法测定烟叶样品中的蛋白质含量。方法的RSD为1.1%,回收率在98%~102%之间。并采用该法测定了部分烟叶的蛋白质含量。

     

    Abstract: The tobacco sample was extracted with 0.5% acetic acid boiled for fifteen minutes, filtrated, and washed with 0.5% acetic acid, during which the water soluble nitrogen was removed.Then, the sample residue was(digested) in the presence of 0.1g HgO, 1.0g K-2SO-4 and 5mL concentrated sulphuric acid.The protein in resultant digestion solution was determined with an autoanalyzer.The results showed that the relative standard deviation of the method was 1.1%, and the recoveries were from 98% to 102%.The protein in some tobacco leaves were also(determined).
