微波膨胀烟梗质量研究

Influence of Microwave Expansion on Stem Quality

  • 摘要: 为比较采用微波膨胀烟梗方法制成的梗丝与常规方法制成的梗丝差异,利用自制微波预处理装置,进行了微波膨胀烟梗的试验研究。仪器分析与内在质量感官评吸对比结果表明,采用微波膨胀烟梗方法制成的梗丝对改善其吸味品质、增加烟香、提高填充能力和成丝率以及协调叶组配方等有明显效果。

     

    Abstract: The stem was expanded in a specially designed microwave unit and evaluated by panelists for investigating the difference between cut stems made of microwave expanded stem and by conventional way, respectively. The results showed that the former had improved taste, enhanced aroma, higher filling power and percentage of usable cut stem, and better blending adaptability, in contrast with the latter.
