烟用香精的高效液相色谱指纹图谱分析

HPLC Fingerprint Analysis of Tobacco Flavors

  • 摘要: 为了监控烟用香精的质量,以乙酰基吡嗪为内标,采用反相C18柱(5μm,250mm×4.0mm),流动相乙腈:1.0%(体积分数)乙酸,梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长320nm,对10批次XJ香精进行HPLC分析,根据相对保留值和相对峰面积建立了XJ香精的HPLC指纹图谱,对色谱指纹图谱进行对比分析,并通过计算指纹图谱间的相似度考察了XJ香精的质量稳定性。

     

    Abstract: In order to monitor the quality of tobacco flavor, the samples of 10 batches of flavor XJ were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and the fingerprint spectrum of the XJ was established by the relative retention values and relative areas of characteristic peaks. The samples were analyzed with a RP-C18 column, a mobile phase of CH3CN:1.0%(v/v) CH3COOH at the flow rate of 1.0mL/min, and detection wavelength of 320 nm. The quality stability of the XJ was investigated by calculating the similarity between HPLC fingerprint spectrum.
