漂浮育苗不同苗龄烟苗的生长及生理特性

Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Seedlings of Flue-cured Tobacco in Floating System

  • 摘要: 以烤烟品种K326为材料,研究了漂浮育苗条件下不同苗龄烟苗生长及生理特性的变化。结果表明,当烟苗生长达70~80d时,烟苗茎杆粗壮,茎、根较重,根冠比较大,根系发达,外观上达到了壮苗标准;同时,叶片硝酸还原酶和转化酶活性、烟苗根系活力及活跃吸收面积等生理指标较高,SOD活性、抗坏血酸含量、相对含水率也较高,说明烟苗抗逆性较强;而脯氨酸含量和电解质渗透率较低,说明烟苗受逆境胁迫较轻,此时适宜于大田移栽。

     

    Abstract: The changes of growth and physiological characteristics of tobacco seedlings in floating system were studied using cv. K326 as experimental material. The results indicated that when the seedling age was 70-80 days old, it had robust stem, heavier stems and root weight and higher ratio of root and shoot, and well developed root system, and its appearance reached the standard of strong seedling. Meantime, the seedling's physiological indexes, such as NR and INV activity, root vigor and active absorbing area were higher, SOD activity, ascorbic acids content, relative moisture content were relative high as well, it indicated that the seedling had good stress resistance; the praline content and electrolyte osmotic rate was relatively low, it indicated that the seedling was under little stress, and it was the proper time to be transplanted to fields.
