Abstract: The strip loosener in cylinder conditioner was improved, upright pins were used to promote the loosening action, whereby tobacco tangling on the pins and delaying in the conditioner were avoided, the amount of tobacco pads reduced by about 75%. The processing quality of strips was improved accordingly.
