气水加湿喷嘴的特性及应用

Characteristics and Application of Air-water Humidifying Nozzle

  • 摘要: 介绍了三维激光多普勒测速计和自适性相位多普勒速度计系统(三维LDV/APV系统)的性能,分析了气水雾化加湿喷嘴的结构和工作原理。采用三维LDV/APV系统对气水雾化加湿喷嘴的雾化特性进行了试验。该喷嘴可应用于卷烟生产中的各种功能性贮存房和卷接包车间,湿度控制效果良好。

     

    Abstract: The performances of 3D Laser Doppler Velocimetry(LDV) and Adaptive Phase Doppler(Velocimetry)(APV) were introduced, and the structure and work principle of air-water humidifying nozzle were analyzed.The atomizing characteristic of the nozzle was experimented with 3D LDV/APV system, the results indicated that the nozzle could be applied to various functional storage rooms and manufacturing department in cigarette production, and offered good humidity control.
