Abstract: The overwrapper in a GDX2 packing line tended to wrinkle the film or produce packets overwrapped loose or not in a tight fit during overwrapper folding and in the path to iron unit.The film shrinking device was designed.The working principle, suction plate lifting separator and iron unit in this device were introduced.The appearance of packet was improved and material consumption was reduced accordingly.
