Abstract: The characteristics of RFID and workflow of finished product palletizing system were introduced, the system structure, main functions and hardware configuration of RFID applied in the palletizing system were discussed, and the logic flow of this system and the treatment of abnormal status were also analyzed.The handling of finished products with pallets combined with electronic label code scanning not only optimized the flow of code scanning, but also reduced the time for loading and unloading and the labor intensity of operators.
