贮烟仓库中苏云金芽孢杆菌对烟草甲的杀灭活性

Study on Insecticidal Activity of Bacillus thuringiensis Isolates against Lasioderma serricorne

摘要: 为研究苏云金芽孢杆菌(Bt)防治贮烟害虫的可行性,从全国7个主要卷烟厂的不同贮烟仓库中采集到不同类型的样品521份,采用醋酸钠抑制选择法从其中的225份样品中分离获得Bt952株,其分布率为100%,检出率为43.19%,用其中600株的发酵液对2~3龄烟草甲幼虫进行了初步毒力测定。结果表明,有18株分离株对烟草甲幼虫具有较高的生物活性,药后9d烟草甲幼虫的校正死亡率均达73%以上。

Abstract: For investigating the feasibility of stored tobacco pest control with Bt, 952 Bt strains were isolated with sodium acetate restraining from 225 samples among 521 samples collected from different tobacco warehouses of 7major cigarette factories.The distribution rate of Bt was 100%and the detectable rate of Bt was 43.19%.The virulence against 2-3 instar larvas was determined preliminarily with fermented solutions of 600 isolated strains.The result showed that there were 18 strains showing higher toxicity, the corrected mortality of the larva was above 73% in 9 days after applying.
