普通烤房改建为密集烤房试验

Rebuilding Traditional Flue-curing Barn into Bulk Curing Barn

  • 摘要: 针对贵州烟区烤房的现状进行了普通烤房改建为密集烤房试验。在基本保持现有的气流下降式烤房主体结构和通风排湿系统的基础上,安装了两台单相轴流风机、配备了温湿度自控装置,并加大了炉灶、增加了火管散热面积和增设隔墙等。改建后的烤房实现了强制热风循环、温湿度自控,每座烤房可装鲜烟叶2000~2300kg,装烟密度54.13~70.38kg/m3,装烟量为改建前的1.6~2.0倍。采用改建后的烤房调制的烟叶桔黄烟和上中等烟比例明显提高。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the flue-curing barn status quo in Guizhou tobacco growing area, the experiment on rebuilding the traditional flue-curing barn into bulk curing barn was conducted.Maintaining the main structure and draft system of original down draught barn, two single phase axial flow fans, a set of automatic temperature and humidity control system were installed, the stove and flue area were enlarged, and a partition was erected.The rebuilt barn features forced hot air circulation and automatic temperature and humidity control, each barn can accomodate 2000-2300kg of green leaf, the loading density reaches 54.13-70.38 kg/m3.
