Abstract: To solve the problems, such as cut tobacco segregation, duct blocking, dust leaking, etc, a lateral-suction cut tobacco pneumatic conveying system was developed.The structure of cut tobacco and manufacturing quality of cigarette making machine were obviously improved, the rate of defective cigarette was reduced, the control accuracy of cigarette weight, total particulate matter and tar yield was increased by this system.The stability of cigarette quality was well assured.
