Testing Result Comparison of DD60A Densimeter with D51

摘要: 分别采用DD60A和D51密度仪测定制丝生产线冷却后和储丝后成品烟丝样品,并将两者的测定结果进行分析,对这两台仪器性能进行比较并作出评价。结果显示,D51测量精密度优于DD60A;对同一烟丝样品,D51和DD60A的测量结果之间相关性显著(P < 0.05),其中A类烟丝特别显著,其相关系数为0.9552(P < 0.001);烟丝含水率及环境温湿度的变化对DD60A的影响较D51明显。

Abstract: The samples of cut tobacco after cooling and storing were tested with DD60A and D51, the results were analyzed and the performances of these two densimeters were compared and evaluated.The results showed that the detection precision of D51 was higher than that of DD60A;the measurements of D51 and DD60A were significantly correlated (P < 0.05), especially for the cut tobacco of class A with correlation coefficient 0.9552 (P < 0.001);DD60A was more sensitive to the changes of moisture content of cut tobacco and the temperature and humidity of ambient air.
