Abstract: The cut tobacco and dust tended to build up on the sides of cutting drum in a tobacco cutter, and it was difficult to be cleaned.Two sets of vanes were fixed on both sides of cutting drum, the vanes served as an air source when rotated synchronically with the cutting drum, the air pressure difference at two sides of cutting drum was effectively eliminated, and the jam caused by cut tobacco and dust buildup was avoided accordingly.
