果糖胺的制备及其在卷烟中的应用

  • 摘要: 以果糖和NH3·H2O为原料、无水甲醇为溶剂、NaOH作催化剂在5~15℃下合成了果糖胺,产率达87%,并用合成的果糖胺进行了卷烟和再造烟叶的加香试验。结果表明,果糖胺具有增强混合型卷烟烟香特征的效果。

     

    Abstract: The fructosamine was synthesized with Maillard reaction of fructose and NH3·H2O in methanol solution at 5-15℃ using NaOH as a catalyst, and the yield was up to 87%.The synthetical fructosamine was applied in cigarette and reconstituted tobacco, and the results showed that the flavor notes of blended-type cigarettes could be enhanced by fructosamine.
