Determination of Pectin in Tobacco with 3, 5 -Dinitrosalicylic Acid Colorimetry

  • 摘要: 为准确测定烟草中的果胶,采用果胶酶降解,3,5-二硝基水杨酸显色法测定了烟草中的果胶含量,并与咔唑显色法进行了对比。结果表明:该法的标准曲线的线性范围为50~1500μg/mL,R2=0.9991,RSD为0.98%~1.85%,回收率96.30%~100.20%,与咔唑显色法的测定结果比较一致。

     

    Abstract: In order to determine the pectin in tobacco accurately, the sample was selectively degraded by pectinase, and determined with 3, 5-dinitrosalicylic acid colorimetry.The result of this method was compared with that of using carbazole as a chromophoric reagent.The results showed that the recovery of pectin was 96.30%-100.20%with the RSD of 0.98%-1.85% in the linear range of 50-1500μg/ml and R2=0.9991.The content of pectin in tobacco determined by this method was comparable with that determined by the carbazole method.
