Characterization of Process Quality of Cigarette Blend with Multivariate Analysis and NIR Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 采用多变量分析方法中的主成分分析-马氏距离(PCA-Mahalanobis)法、偏最小二乘(PLS)法结合近红外光谱(NIRS)表征卷烟配方的过程质量。结果表明,该方法既能充分利用信息诊断配方过程的稳定性和均匀性,又能快速同时监测过程多组分品质信息,在过程质量控制与分析以及产品质量监控等方面具有一定的应用价值。

     

    Abstract: The process quality of cigarette blend was characterized by principal component analysis-Mahalanobis distance in multivariate analysis and partial least square algorithm combined with near infrared spectrometry.The results showed that the method was able to make full use of the information to verify the stability and uniformity of blending process, and promptly and simultaneously monitor the quality information of multi-components in the process.It was practical for the control and analysis of process quality and the monitor of product quality.
