Abstract:
The experiments on on-line laser perforator, LASER 300S, with different parameters in PROTOS 1-8 cigarette making and tipping machine combination were conducted.The linear correlative equations of cigarette dilution (CD) relating to perforating parameters, such as pulse, pulse multiplying energy, energy of laser and hole number, were obtained by the regression analysis of experimental data. The results showed that the LASER 300S ran well under the proper combination of parameters calculated from these equations, the actual values of CD were considerable stable and coincident with the calculated ones, and the on-line perforation quality was improved.
