Abstract: The demerit of rolling plate jam detection and pneumatic cleaning device in PASSIM and SUPER 9 cigarette making and tipping machine combination was that, the negative pressure sensor would be damaged when the tightness of air valve went down.By changing the location and increasing the number of air valve, the back pressure generated during positive/negative pressure switching was eliminated, and normal operation of the machine was ensured.
